Vote for Ellenborough Park In The SoGlos Gloucestershire Lifestyle Awards 2021
The SoGlos Gloucestershire Awards are back, and we’re absolutely delighted to have been shortlisted in two of the 2021 categories – Hotel of the Year and Wedding Venue of the Year.
Launched in 2007, SoGlos is an online magazine that covers the areas of Cheltenham, the Cotswolds, the Forest of Dean, Gloucester, Stroud and Tewkesbury, with a keen focus on the arts, entertainment and leisure within these areas.
The SoGlos Gloucestershire Awards (SGGLA) were established four years ago and have grown to become the biggest awards in Gloucestershire. The purpose of the awards is to recognise and celebrate the very best lifestyle sector businesses each year. For 2021 there are 17 individual categories which include Cultural Venue, Live Music Venue, Shopping Destination, and of course Hotel and Wedding Venue.
We’d love to win the SGGLA Hotel of the Year award as we are so proud of our hotel – a magnificent 15th century English country estate, with a luxury spa, set in 90 acres of beautiful grounds.
Situated on the edge of the Cotswolds, Ellenborough Park is just a short drive from Cheltenham town centre and is easily accessible to the whole of the Gloucestershire area. The Taittinger Terrace is a wonderful suntrap throughout the day and if the evenings turn slightly cooler there are plenty of heaters and blankets to ensure every dining experience is a snug and comfy one. And for a truly unique dining experience we have our new sumptuous Carriages on the South Lawn which come with their own firepit, cushions and blankets.
For those wishing to fully relax their mind and their body, our Indian inspired spa provides the perfect environment to escape the pressures of everyday life. As well as an outdoor heated pool, we have a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, plus six tranquil treatment rooms where a whole range of holistic treatments can be enjoyed.
