  1. What times are check-in and check-out?

    Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is 11am - but you're always welcome to join us for lunch before you check in and after you check out.

  2. Is spa access included with our overnight stay?

    Of course! You can enjoy our relaxing spa facilities from 3pm on the day you check in until 11am on the day of check out. Ellenborough Park Spa is open every day from 10am – 6pm.

  3. Are children allowed in the spa?

    We have a cosy and intimate spa at Ellenborough Park, and you must be over 16 to enjoy our spa facilities and treatments.

  4. Is the hotel dog friendly?

    Oh yes! We have lots of dog-friendly rooms, some complete with private gardens, as well as dog-friendly dining areas complete with doggy menus. We also have over 90 acres of grounds for your four-legged friends to explore to their heart’s content.

  5. Do you have free car parking and electric vehicle charging points?

    We do offer free car parking, and we have six electric charging points that can be used for a fee.

  6. Is 24-hour room service available?

    Yes, we do offer a range of menus that can be delivered to your room, 24 hours a day.

  7. Is the hotel family-friendly?

    We are very family-friendly. A range of our rooms can be adjusted to accommodate up to two children with sofa beds or z beds. We also offer a year-round scavenger hunt booklet that can be requested from Reception, offering lots of fun for all ages! And don’t forget to check out our offers page for seasonal additional activities during the school holidays.

  8. Are twin bedrooms available?

    Yes, most of our bedrooms can accommodate twin beds, which are available upon request at the time of booking.

  9. How many restaurants do you have?

    We offer four dining spaces. Our Horse Box Brasserie and dog-friendly Atrium feature relaxed dining in truly Cheltenham-themed, cosy spaces. Our 15th-century Restaurant offers historic surroundings with an intimate atmosphere. Finally, our ever-popular alfresco areas are open throughout the warmer months to showcase beautiful panoramic views of Cheltenham Racecourse and Cleeve Hill. We strongly recommend booking to guarantee a seat!

    Yes, we do. Please contact our Events team for further information and to book.

  11. Can we arrive by helicopter?

    Yes, you can! We have a suitable landing point in our surrounding fields:

    Latitude and Longitude: 51°55’30.67”N, 2°02’38.96”W

    Please contact us ahead of your arrival so we may grant permission to land and arrange a pick up service.
