Terms and Conditions
- Please inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements at time of booking
- Minimum age to enter the spa area and enjoy spa treatments is 16
- Spa Day bookings require full payment at the time of booking
- Spa Treatments bookings must be guaranteed by a valid debit or credit card
- Please note only Hotel Guests and Guests booked on a Spa Package may use our Spa Facilities.
- We operate a 7 Day cancellation policy for Spa packages and Facility use, and a 48 hour cancellation policy for Treatments. Any Treatments or Spa Packages cancelled within these time periods will be subject to payment in full.
- Arrive 15 minutes prior to treatment time to complete a health questionnaire as late arrivals can result in reduced treatment time.
- Please note that we do not offer face or body treatments for ladies who are under 12 weeks pregnant. When over 12 weeks we are able offer a selected range of treatments.
- Please advise us if you are pregnant, have any allergies, currently under the supervision of your GP, have had any recent surgery or you have any other medical conditions that may affect your treatment.
